Payroll is one of the SAP-HR module that responsible for calculating employee remuneration. Payroll has tight integration with other module:
- Organizational Management (OM), as cost center provider to costing payroll result.
- Personnel Administration (PA), as employee master data provider.
- Time Management (TM), as time related data provider.

All fields in this infotype are important for payroll calculation rule, payroll posting as well as user authorization. The infotype contains Company Code, Cost Centre, Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Employee Group, Employee Subgroup, Payroll area, Work Contract, Position, Job, and Administrator.” |
